If any of these terms and conditions are found to not be legally binding then we will ensure they are removed from our website as first notification. All the other terms and conditions will be still be left in place and fully enforceable. 

Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available then an alternative product will be offered or a refund will be made for that item.

Prices

Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site include VAT, but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Delivery charges are added at checkout and are shown clearly.

There is always the possibility that some of the products listed on our site have been incorrectly priced. If we discover that this is the case, we will contact you and advise you of the correct price and ask if you would like to continue with your order, or if you would like to cancel your order.

Errors/Amendments

We will accept amendments to your order. At this time, we are unable to amend your order on this system as it does not allow for changes. Amendments can be made by email or telephone and we will amend your order on our internal system.

Payment can be made for any additional items by credit/debit card. 

Payment

We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. 

Please note that if you opt to pay by bank transfer it is your responsibility to notify A W Matthews Ltd that you have made this payment. In order for us to identify your payment, please ensure you use your order number as the payment reference. 

Shipping details

UK Orders 

- Royal Mail First Class or UPS for larger orders. 

We aim to dispatch all orders that contain stock items only within 5 working days. Where this is not possible, we will hold your order until the items are available. If you place an order that contains a mix of stock items and made to order items, we may be able to dispatch the stock items prior to your made to order items if this is essential to your club. Please contact us for more information. 

International Orders

- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or UPS for larger orders. 

It is your responsibility to pay any import taxes and to ensure the products being delivered adhere to your country’s import laws.
